Turn around time is 14 business days. Closed on weekends. Local collection and delivery available from NE16, Newcastle/Gateshead. Please state this at checkout to arrange. Delivery available via Royal Mail. We pride ourselves on creating high quality items. If there are ever any problems with your order please get in touch. Please note personalised items are not refundable due their personal and unique nature. Any misspellings due to incorrect information given to us will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. Where applicable, care cards will be provided in your order so you know how to look after your products. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days so that we can look into this quickly for you.
